Stormer Reunion
Before there was Stryper, Tim Gaines was in a huge LA band called Stormer. They were known as LA’s finest…. shared the bill with Van Halen, Motley Crue, Ratt, Tommy Tutone, Night Ranger… Anyhow, for different reasons they ended up going their separate ways, but always remained close friends.

Band BOSTON Kicks Off Summer Tour on June 6, 2008
Remastered Greatest Hits CD Release from Sony Legacy
The legendary band BOSTON will headline the outdoor festival at Marina Park on Friday, June 6 in Thunder Bay, Ontario, at one of the Canadian stops of the Great Race 2008. The ‘round-the-globe motor sports event will be making a pit stop in Thunder Bay as a part of its centennial anniversary. The show kicks off a summer of stadium, concert and festival dates that will span the United States and Canada.

Michael Sweet, Front man for the Christian band Stryper, has released his latest solo effort ‘Touched‘ a follow up to his 2006 release of ‘Him’.
While Sweet is no stranger to a melodic ballad he has ventured into a different realm with this record.
In a collection that includes several revised classic Stryper ballads, a new song ‘My Love, My Life, My Flame’ Michael has also added his interpretation of a few classic hits such as Joe Cocker’s ‘You Are so Beautiful’, Billy Joel’s ‘She’s Got a Way’, Harry Nilsson’s ‘Without You’, Roberta Flack’s ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face’, Bette Midler’s ‘The Rose’ and Chicago’s ‘Color My World’.
VH1 Classic and VH1 will air “VH1 Classic Presents: Aftermath: The Station Fire Five Years Later” a one-hour special of concert highlights on Sunday, March 23, 2008 10:00 p.m. from the upcoming Phoenix Rising! Musicians United to Benefit the Victims of the Station Nightclub Fire. I live in Sweden and the last few month we have had some pretty massive storms attacking our beautiful country. Car accidents, lack of electricity and trees falling down everywhere….
Those things make me kind of depressed and I have just felt that updating this site has had to wait a little since I feel that taking care of your self and your familly before updating a site is more important….

At the pinnacle of their success in the 1980s, the legendary Christian band Stryper had sold millions of albums and achieved what had eluded other charismatic musicians—airtime on MTV and a Top 40 song, “Honestly.”
But pride and the lures of fame and fortune proved too tempting for the hard-rocking quartet. After releasing a secular album, Against the Law, the band lost much of its Christian following and eventually drifted from its evangelistic calling.
“We kind of fell away from our original desires—our hearts’ desires—and started getting involved in the things of the world and heading back to our old ways,” frontman Michael Sweet, 44, said.
